Join the Final Lap in Pigeon Forge

After more than four decades of providing family entertainment and unforgettable vacation memories, The Track Family Fun Park in Pigeon Forge will close its doors on November 1, 2026. As the park enters its final season, guests are invited to visit and experience their favorite attractions one last time.

Since opening in 1984, The Track has welcomed millions of visitors and become a staple of the Pigeon Forge tourism landscape, offering go-karts, mini golf, blaster boats, bumper cars, thrill rides, Kids Country rides, arcade games, and family-friendly attractions for all ages.

“What started as a dream to build a fun place for families has grown into something far greater than we ever envisioned,” said Vic Barrett, founding partner. “The Track became part of the fabric of this community—welcoming millions of guests and employing thousands of incredible team members along the way. We’re deeply grateful for every moment and every memory shared here.”

Beyond its role as a destination for visitors, The Track has made a lasting impact on the local community. Over its 42-year history, the park has employed approximately 5,000 individuals, often serving as a first job for young people in the area. Many employees gained valuable skills, built confidence, and formed lasting friendships during their time at the park.

Jeff Wolfe, General Manager, currently leads the Pigeon Forge location and has been part of The Track family for over 35 years. When asked about a favorite memory, Jeff replied, "It's the people I have been able to meet and work with through the years, many of whom have become my lifelong friends. My career with The Track has enabled me to support and raise my family, grow professionally, and achieve great dreams. I will always be grateful to the leadership and our community."

The organization expressed its gratitude to the generations of guests who made The Track part of their traditions. “From first go-kart races to mini golf hole-in-ones and arcade wins, the memories created here have defined who we are,” said Barrett. “We are deeply thankful to every guest who has visited over the years.”

Guests are encouraged to visit during the final season to relive favorite moments and create new memories before the park’s closing this fall. Visitors are also invited to share their favorite photos and experiences on social media using #FinalLapAtTheTrack and #TrackMemories.

The Track in Pigeon Forge was the first of seven locations developed by the company. While this location will close, the company will continue to operate The Track Family Fun Parks in Destin, Florida; Gulf Shores, Alabama; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as well as Fat Daddy’s Arcade locations in Destin, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama.
