At The Track Family Fun Park, we strive to provide an outstanding family experience for you to enjoy the park again and again! The Track’s number one priority is safety. Below are some of the policies and services we have in place to help all of our guests have a wonderful experience at The Track. 

Safety, Safety, Safety

A safe visit is the best visit! As a park, we strictly adhere to the height, weight and age restrictions posted throughout the park for each attraction. When our team members check to make sure riders meet these requirements, they are making sure our guests have the safest and therefore best possible experience at The Track. Helmets and goggles are available upon request.

Online Order Pick-up

Buy points in advance and skip the lines! Scan your e-receipt at one of our kiosks to receive your point cards. Points do not expire, and you may pick up your card anytime after placing an order. You may split the points on multiple cards as well for convenience. 

Alcohol/Profanity-Free Park

The Track Family Fun Park is a family-friendly environment. No drinking or profanity are permitted at the park. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave the park. 

No Concealed Weapons

Concealed weapons are not permitted on park property at any time.

Smoking Areas

Guests are asked to use designated smoking areas and ashtrays, as available, and be courteous especially around families with children.

Medical Attention

If you need medical attention for any reason during your visit to The Track, please notify a team member right away who will notify the manager on duty. 

Medical Restrictions

Guests may be ineligible to participate on some rides if they are pregnant or have had back, neck or heart problems, broken bones or any other physical or medical problems. 

General Go-Kart Rules

For your safety, the following Go-Kart Rules are in place:

  • No bumping, no swerving and no reckless driving.
  • Stay in your kart at all times.
  • Keep hands and feet inside your kart; do not reach out during ride.
  • Loose hair, clothing, purses, cameras and other personal items need to be contained.
  • One way only; never drive in reverse directions.
  • Seatbelt must be buckled at all times.
  • Obey signals and instructions.
  • Failure to obey rules may forfeit ride.
  • Footwear must be worn.
  • The Track is not responsible for personal items damaged or lost during ride.

Group Participant Safety

Group participants must meet age, height and rule restrictions to ride attractions.

Photography/Social Media

We hope you are following us on social media! We occasionally request to take photos of guests who have won large prizes in the arcade or who are having a fun time at The Track. We always ask permission to post photos before posting. If you do not wish to be included in social media posts, please let the team member know. We also occasionally shoot professional photography and video for advertising and public relations purposes. We will post a sign when shooting is in process. Guests who wish to not be included may tell a team member and we will honor your request.

Hours of Operation

Closing times are approximate and depend on crowd levels and weather. Hours vary during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Thrill Rides occasionally close due to season, weather or crowd levels.

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is located in The Track’s management office. We walk through each ride at the end of each shift and turn in any guest items that have been left behind. If you are missing an item, please contact the park.

Management Team Onsite

Each day, a management team is onsite running the park operations and leading our staff. If you have a question or concern for a manager, please feel free to ask one of our team members at the cashier area.

Guest Feedback

We always welcome feedback on your experience and how we can make it even better. If you would like to share your feedback, please feel free to e-mail or call any of the locations below to speak with a manager. Of course, we always welcome feedback via our social media outlets. If you have had a wonderful experience with particular staff members, we encourage you to give them a shout out to the management team or on social media! If we haven’t met your expectations, please speak with one of our park managers. We always want the opportunity to turn any situation into a positive experience for you and your family.

Let's Recap the General Park Policies:

Safety Warning: All go-karts and rides are action oriented attractions with associated risks. 

Guest Policies:

  • Supervise children at all times.
  • Safety restraints must be properly worn at all times.
  • The seating and restraints on an attraction may prohibit Guests of certain body shapes or sizes from riding.
  • Do not take pictures or videos while enjoying an attraction. The Track is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Obey safety instructions throughout the park. Failure to obey rules may forfeit ride. Guests who do not obey the rules may be asked to leave the park.

Accessibility: Guests must transfer from wheelchair or electric vehicle to ride attractions. 

Service Animal Advisory: Due to the nature of the park attractions, service animals are not permitted on the attractions.

The Track is a profanity, tobacco, vapor, drug, alcohol and weapon free facility. Failure to obey will lead to removal from the property.
